Ontario In-Demand Occupations: PNP Human Capital Priorities Stream

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) offers the Human Capital Priorities stream, which does not require a job offer. As of July 11, 2019, the OINP is actively inviting candidates with experience in the following NOC codes in the Technology sector:

• NOC 21211 – Data Scientists
• NOC 21231 – Software engineers and designers
• NOC 21230 – Computer systems developers and programmers
• NOC 21232 – Software developers and programmers
• NOC 21234 – Web developers and programmers
• NOC 21233 – Web designers
• NOC 21233 – Database analysts and data administrators
• NOC 20012 – Computer and information systems managers
• NOC 21311 – Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers)

PNP In-Demand Skills Stream:

Another stream, known as In-Demand Skills, is designed for workers with a minimum of 9 months of work experience in Ontario and a job offer in one of the specified in-demand occupations.

Eligible for Jobs Offers Inside or Outside the Greater Toronto Area (GTA):

• NOC 44101 – Home support workers, caregivers and related occupations
• NOC 75110 – Construction trades helpers and labourers
• NOC 84120 – Specialized livestock workers and farm machinery operators
• NOC 85100 – Livestock labourers
• NOC 85101 – Harvesting labourers
• NOC 85103 – Nursery and greenhouse labourers
• NOC 94141 – Industrial butchers and meat cutters, poultry preparers and related workers
• NOC 65202 – Meat cutters and fishmongers – retail and wholesale

Eligible for Job Offers Only Outside the Greater Toronto Area (GTA):

• NOC 94100 – Machine operators, mineral and metal processing
• NOC 94105 – Metalworking and forging machine operators
• NOC 94106 – Machining tool operators
• NOC 94107 – Machine operators of other metal products
• NOC 94110 – Chemical plant machine operators
• NOC 95102 – Labourers in chemical products processing and utilities
• NOC 94111 – Plastics processing machine operators
